In my role at my company I have to work with a large number of people and go to different people at different times to get information from them. While some people can certainly be on the "annoying" side it's very rare I ever meet someone I really don't like or can't work with. In general I think building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders is one of my biggest strengths at work!

That's so cool that woman called you directly and asked to be your mentor. Your job sounds awesome! I think it is too late for me to take that test, but wish I had years ago! I am sure these strengths will fare well for you in your training! You are also a very compassionate person but that was revealed in this test!Marlyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14759100075048865240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6096971906693742277.post-72382548344420184042017-02-12T20:43:11.101-07:002017-02-12T20:43:11.101-07:00I had to take this test when I was working at Well...I had to take this test when I was working at Wells Fargo and was in a leadership development program. It's been over 10 years since I took the test, but I think mine were competitive, achiever, learner, deliberator, and focus. That probably will not surprise you as that's pretty much me in a nutshell! That is awesome that you have a mentor you are working with! I was in a mentor program for awhile and it was pretty good but we didn't pick our mentor so it wasn't as great as it could have been. My colleague Paul is my mentor, though, although now we are peers at work so it's a bit different but still super helpful to have that mentoring relationship with me!Lisa from Lisa's Yarnshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05335500882510597919noreply@blogger.com
